I ordered a couple of different types of these cooling vests for when we start overhauling our front yard this summer. This one is more detailed and tailored than the others. Less expensive too. And, it comes with everything: vest, ice packs, and small insulated lunch pail. Hopefully this will help ease the burden of working outside in the heat.

Been waiting for the weather to get hot to review this. I love it. I'm heat sensitive and the grandkids love to go the park and go fishing. This has held up and works great.
If you take it off wrong or I imagi ge in you lay down you will get cold water on you lol, so keep that in mind.
The fabric,zipper,and velcro are all very durable and heavy duty,seems like this will last a long time. It's completely adjustable to get a good fit and keep the ice packs close to your body.
If you are out for a long time it's best to get more ice packs and keep them in a cooler.

Love that the shoulders adjust to make the arm holes bigger. The adjustable sides make it so that no matter how I was feeling it could be adjusted. It is comfortable to wear but does add a bit of weight. It kept me cool while outside during 80 degree weather for a couple of hours.

If you work in the heat, get one of these vests. If your friend or spouse works in the heat, get them one! I highly recommend this product - it not only keeps you WAY more comfortable, it could likely save a person from heat exhaustion/heat stroke if used properly and carefully.

Took me about 30 seconds to get it adjusted to just the right snug fit to keep it in proper contact, so the cooling effect isn't wasted. Much better than some other cooling vests I've had that would have loose areas where the packs are just hanging out away from the body. Can't speak to durability yet, but the visibility is excellent and the cooling is what I'd expect from a simple cold pack vest, so as long as it holds up, this is a great value for the price.

This is a fantastic reflective vest! It's one size fits most--zips up the front, side sides allow for adjustments for fit. It comes with inside pocket to insert cold packs (comes with 12), for freezing or heating water, to you cool or warm you up. It comes with little insulated bag to keep extra packets on hand. It is a bit on the heftier side--not heavy but has a bit of a feel of a life jacket, though not that cumbersome to wear. It's well made and will get a lot of use!!

I appreciate how sturdy the main vest is and I can customize the fit with velcro shoulder straps and two side straps on both sides.
I love having an additional set of ice packs ready and waiting for me after a half day of work.

The ice packs are easy to use and don't leak. They send extra packs so you have plenty in reserve. The vest is easily adjustable for the best fit. It is very comfortable, lightweight and good quality material. Very satisfied customer.

picked up this cooling vest to help stay comfortable during long, hot days outside, and it really makes a difference. The 12 ice packs give good cooling relief for about an hour or so, and I like that you can swap them out when they warm up. It's adjustable and fits comfortably, and the reflective design adds a safety bonus when I'm out working near roads. It's not super heavy, though the ice packs do add some weight, and the cooling doesn't last all day, but for yard work, jobsites, or outdoor chores it definitely helps keep you much cooler than just a shirt alone. Would recommend it for anyone who spends time outside in the heat!

If you are looking for more comfort while wearing the cooling vest, less may be more when it comes to filling the included ice packs with water - but keep in mind that less water will mean less cooling time as the ice packs slowly melt and lose their cooling properties. Even so, you can loosen the shoulder and waist straps so that the ice packs do not jam up against your body as much. Further, being the summer, I am mindful of the cost of running the air conditioner and thought to try hanging the cooling vest over my office chair while I work remotely; and it works surprisingly well to help keep the air around me at a comfortable level. With all that being said, I feel that this is a great solution for managing excessive heat both indoors and out!

I have no issue with how cold this gets as I wear it under a very hot costume. It's not very heavy when worn, the quality is pretty nice for what it is, and I barely notice it when I wear it. For a cooling vest from Amazon, this thing gets the job done. It gets very nice and cool which is super helpful when you're wearing a very warm full body costume. It stays cool for hours even when wearing said costume so I don't have to take off the costume at all even in summer heat. This vest even comes with a whole extra set of ice packs so you can have extras for when the packs eventually melt.

The package comes with a lunch box to hold ice packs or possibly a small lunch and keep cold with an ice pack.

So far, this vest has been used under a fur suit and for yard work in 110 degree weather. It worked very well and wasn't comfortable! It comes with a large number of make-your-own icepacks (meaning you fill them with water and they permanently seal up afterwards). I would highly recommend under filling them to give them room to expand and also to lay a little flatter.
Overall, this was a great buy that made some very got days not only bearable, but comfortable.
