It works awesome nice and warm, but when I turn it off and try to turn it on again I need to unplug the battery and plug it back in to get it to come on even with full battery. Is this normal with the new ones because my older sweater I never had to do this or is it loose wiring?

Love this hoodie. Pretty warm even without being turned on. Control button has a nice feel and convenient placement. Battery pack is not too intrusive, and a moderate weight feels more like a cellphone in your pocket. I also wanted to note that a spare charger was included! Very handy!

This heated sweatshirt is awesome. It comes with everything (including the battery). I used the sweatshirt at a football game in 36 degree weather and it kept me warm for the entire 3 1/2 hours on the high setting and there’s still battery life left. The only thing I would ask for an improvement on is a little heat in the wrist area (if possible). Love this thing!

The sizing on this was a little large on "small" but considering its a hoodie, the little extra isn't bad.
The material is soft and comfy. When using on the highest power setting it more feels like you've been wrapped up in a warm blanket, then roasting on a heating pad.
I would imagine this would help retain heat in colder weather under a jacket
