I love this jacket. I hate winter and this jacket is perfect. First, it's a soft jacket and not heavy. I thought that it might be heavy because of the heating material but it's not. It's easy to use and the charge time is great. I have charged it once and used it this past winter and it did amazingly.

The hoodie fitted perfectly, I sized up so I could fit over other clothes. I was very pleased with the quality of the item which keeps you warm even without the heat turned on. The instructions are very easy to follow and the heat control button was easy to use.

Power Bank only charged one time and then would not work.
Purchased for my parents for Christmas. Had to exchange once because the wrong size was sent. Used each sweatshirt once and was then not able to recharge the power bank.

I highly recommend buying one these if you work outside for a living... awesome jacket... only negative is you have to buy a power supply and charge it... Love it though... very warm

Loving this sweatshirt so far. Used for layering on a 1000 mile motorcycle ride last week. Nice thick sweatshirt, love the zippered inside pocket for the power bank as it gives me a secure spot to keep money or other items. Probably not the warmest heated sweatshirt but for the price it works. I use it outside on cold mornings or keep me warm in my too cold office building. Doesnt come with a power bank, but easy enough to find a good one on amazon. Def recommend for someone wanting a heated sweatshirt but not wanting to spend a ton of money
