1. Power Up: Getting Your Battery Ready

Before your first adventure, you’ll need to prep your power source.

The Charge: Use the included cable to juice up your Hennchee power bank. We recommend a full 100% charge before your first use to calibrate the battery.
The Indicator: Most of our batteries feature LED lights. When all lights are steady, you’re good to go.

2. Plug In and Toast Up

Ready to feel the heat? Follow these three simple steps:

Locate the Cable: Zip open the dedicated battery pocket (usually inside the lower left pocket) and pull out the built-in USB-A plug.
Connect: Securely plug the cable into your battery pack.
The Long Press: Press and hold the chest button for 3 seconds. It will start pulsing Red, which is the "Pre-heat" mode.

3. Mastering the Heat Settings

Hennchee hoodies feature intelligent temperature control. Once the pre-heat is done (or if you’re ready to customize), a single short click cycles through the levels:

Red (High Heat): Approx 140 degrees Fahrenheit.. Best for: Sub-zero hiking or sitting in frozen stadiums.
White (Medium Heat): Approx 125 degrees Fahrenheit. Best for: Daily commutes and crisp autumn walks.
Blue (Low Heat): Approx 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Best for: Working in a chilly office or lounging at home.

4. How to Wash Your Heated Hoodie (Yes, It’s Washable!)

One of the most common questions we get is: "Can I really wash this?" Yes, you can! But don’t just toss it in with your jeans.

Remove the Power Bank: This is the golden rule. Never wash the battery.
Cable Care: Put the USB cable back in its pocket and zip it shut.
The Laundry Bag Rule: To protect the internal heating elements, always place your hoodie in a mesh laundry bag.
Gentle Cycle Only: Use cold water and a gentle cycle. No bleach, no dry cleaning.
