This heated jacket is a winner! It's super lightweight so my kid isn't bulky, but the heat from the battery pack keeps them genuinely warm. I got this for my son who wanted a jacket like mine. This is great for keeping him warm up in the mountains. Kids always loose gloves so this using the heat close to pockets is amazing. Battery pack lasts almost all day with heavy use. I had to size up one for a good fit.

Our entire family has heated gear made by this company we have to come to trust the brand this jacket acquired for my 8 yr old sun is no exception ,this is a very lightweight jacket that works perfectly even though its a very light weight jacket the heating element is so effective you really don't need a thick jacket unless it was the most extreme of weather ,the battery in medium setting will last for more than five hours, at it's highest setting it will last up to four hours ,the zippers work well and the battery does not weigh down the jacket you barely feel it
