We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@hennchee.com. For all U.S. orders, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost to you, making the process completely hassle-free.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we will quickly take a look and notify you right away. Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
