Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund.

Returns with valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or order email) will be refunded to the original payment method.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Brand new and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Submit a return request via our Return Center within 30 days of delivery
Enter your order number and email address
Select the items you wish to return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label

3. Shipping Costs

We provide one prepaid return label per order for eligible returns
Each order is eligible for one prepaid return label. Additional return requests for the same order may not be covered by us, and return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
