Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
Return Policy
- Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition.
- Shipping cost is not refundable because of personal reason.
How to Return
- Submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
*Please note that every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30-day window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund is covered by you.
