This Warranty Policy applies to all products under both Hennchee and its sub-brand Relexit.

All eligible products from Hennchee and Relexit are covered under our warranty.

This warranty covers:

  • Functional failure not caused by misuse

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Lost or stolen items

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty service:

  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Describe the problem in detail

Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine whether the item is eligible for repair, replacement, or other resolution.
