I purchased this sweatshirt a month ago and have used it quite a few times working in construction, yard work, and skiing. I’ll have to say I can’t find a lot I am disappointed with. The sweatshirt itself without the heat is really nice and on a cold windy day it’s awesome to have extra heat.

This is thick, warm and plush! The heating zones are as described and WARM! The heat comes on fast and stays steady, and the battery life is roughly as advertised (which is to say that it's more than sufficient).
The shipping time was reasonable, the packaging was great and the battery pack us nicely sized, connecting to the hoodie via one of the circular plugs (as opposed to USB-A or -C). Overall this is a great product that I'm already loving it. Once the winter really sets in, this will be a life saver.
